Internal Education Coordinator
To help develop the knowledge base of STAND leaders, and sustain a culture of continual learning within STAND
Responsibilitiesilities:
* Examine most pressing learning needs of STAND leaders
* Tap STAND's network of experts to organize ongoing learning programs
* Execute learning programs (with expert help) on topics such as...
o Sudan/genocide
o Advocacy
o Leadership
o Team building
* Create and manage a learning database - a resource for all STAND leaders to build their advocacy and leadership skills
Desired Qualities
* Enjoy working with others
* Likes to teach/coach others
* Strong writing and oral communication skills
* Self-starter (i.e. you take initiative and like having some freedom)
Time commitment: 5-10 hours per week
