* Can ask the right questions to develop a deep understanding of how STAND works
* Can recommend technologies to STAND project teams and support teams to help them “make it easy to act against genocide”
* Can suggest technology solutions to STAND on the organization wide level to improve STAND’s internal operations
* Can lead on implementation of said technologies
* Is patient enough to work with people that are not all tech savvy
* Can volunteer approximately ten hours a week on average
